and it’s name is…………..5 HOUR ENERGY!!!!!!!
I am not one to believe all the hype surrounding a product, I usually don’t give in easily to new things (except electronics), so it was one day, a few weeks ago, that I was particularly exhausted., (on a side note, for those of you who don’t know me well, I have suffered with insomnia for years, mostly stress related (thanks Dad for passing that on to me), for whatever reason there are times where I can go nights and nights with little to no sleep, as far as I am concerned its one of the worst ‘issues’ to deal with, as it really can mess with your mind when you don’t sleep for days, even though you are physically and emotionally exhausted), ok back on topic….so it was a day, a few weeks ago, I was tired, very tired…….so I went down to the convenience store to pick up a red bull, and there it was, the extra strength 5 HOUR ENERGY, it was as if it was surrounded by a bright light (like it is in the picture above), like it was calling out to me, so I said; “Well, what the hell,” and I gave it a try! AND, it paid off!! Granted the amount of B vitamins in it makes you get a bit of a hot flush, and at times I think I am going through early menopause when I forget for a moment I have consumed a 5 hour energy, but besides for that I see no side effects to this product!!
In fact, just the opposite. I went through a stage where I had to take caffeine pills, as I don’t drink coffee and I was battling to function during the day. Let me tell you these caffeine pills, and red bull/energy drinks for that matter, they sure lift you up, and give you a burst of energy, but the way you ‘fall’ off this energy high is quite unpleasant, and when you do ‘fall’ you are a lot more tired then before you consumed the drink/pill. Also, the caffeine pills, they gave me stomach aches. But with 5 hour energy, the boost in energy level is sustained, much longer lasting, and the best part is you really don’t crash off the high when it wears off.
Hence the reason I have a new love!!!
HAHAHA… what’s funny about the whole thing is that I can totally tell you were on 5 Hour Energy when you wrote this!!! Glad you found something to help with your sleepless nights!!!!!
